These terms apply when one or more registered children (hereinafter referred to as "models") are booked through Kidz Management or when Kidz Management services are otherwise utilized, regardless of the nature of these services (such as booking models, organizing castings, sending visual material of the models, or reusing visual material of models previously booked through Kidz Management). Kidz Management is authorized to represent the interests of the models in and out of legal contexts.
When visiting the website www.kidzmanagement.com, certain non-personal data is stored for organizational and technical reasons. These data are anonymized and analyzed solely for statistical purposes. They are stored separately from your personal data, ensuring no identification is possible.

Models under 16 years
Kidz Management does not intend to collect data on models under 16 years unless they have consent from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16. We recommend parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us at info@kidzmanagement.nl, and we will delete this information. When booking a minor, we will always ask for a Citizen Service Number (BSN), applicable only to children under 18, required for registration with the labor inspection.
How long we retain personal data
Kidz Management does not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We have an indefinite retention period for active presence in our database. If you no longer wish to be active in our database, you have the right to stop this at any time, and we will delete your data from our website. You can do this by sending an email to info@kidzmanagement.nl with the subject 'unsubscribe.'
Accessing, modifying, or deleting data
